
PRICING FOR OUR CONDO
Winter Room Rates (Starting December 1 to February 28):

All nights: $190 per night plus 16.45% resort fees & tax

Week Stay Special: 7 nights for the price of 6 - $1140 per week plus 16.45% resort fees & tax
Spring/Summer Room Rates (Starting March1 to November 30):

Sun - Thurs: $215 per night plus 16.45% resort fees & tax

Fri - Sat: $260 per night plus 16.45% resort fees & tax

Week Stay Special: 7 nights for the price of 6 - $1380 per week plus 16.45% resort fees & tax
Holiday Room Rates (April 2-4, May 22-24, July 3-5):

$325 per night plus 16.45% resort fees and taxes
Terms and Conditions:

All rates are per night, in US dollars, and include housekeeping service and access to all resort amenities. We do not charge "hidden fees".

Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed.

Holidays require a minimum 2-night stay.

Individuals must be over the age of 25 to make reservations for any condo at Las Palomas. The renter's ID will be checked at check-in and must be present during the stay.

Reservation Policy:
Reservations
-
50% of the whole stay will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
-
The 50% remaining will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival date.
-
If the reservation is made within 15 days of the arrival date it will be charged in full.
-
The reservation holder must be over 25 and stay at the resort.

Extra person $ 50 USD (beyond 6)
Changes
-
All changes will have a $25 USD fee.
-
No changes allowed within 10 days of the arrival date.
-
In case of changing a Holliday reservation it will have a penalty fee of $150 USD per condo.
Cancellations
-
$150 USD cancellation fee if for reservations cancelled 11 days or more prior to the arrival date.

In case of cancelling within 10 days of the arrival date, all amounts paid are forfeit.
-
No money back on cancellations after the first change.
-
All cancellations must be made in writing, via e-mail.
Payment
-
Credit Card preferred.
-
Bank deposit, bank transfer or check at least 10 days prior to the arrival date.
-
In case of payment by travel agency, the reservation must be paid in full prior to the guest's arrival.
Reimbursement
-
No reimbursement for No Shows.
-
No reimbursement for early departures.
-
No reimbursement in case of eviction, zero tolerance policy.
-
No reimbursement for holidays.
-
In case of reimbursement, it will be done by check or bank transfer (at hotel's convenience) within 14 days of cancellation.
Security Deposit
-
Open voucher at arrival preferred.
-
If no Credit Card is available, a $150 USD cash deposit will be required.
Other
-
Check-In is at 4:00 PM
-
Check-Out is at 11:00 AM
-
Late Check-Out will be at 1:00 PM only with prior authorization.

Any check out done from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM must be authorized and will have a 50% charge on that day's rate.
-
In case of extending the check out time beyond 4:00 PM, a charge of 100% of the day's rate will apply.
